Limited Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of SPARX ELECTRONIX. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical goods, purchased from SPARX ELECTRONIX.

What does this Limited Warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, SPARX ELECTRONIX will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems? SPARX ELECTRONIX will either replace the Product at no charge, or repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from SPARX ELECTRONIX is one year. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is shorter.

What does this Limited Warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: 1) conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship; 2) damage resulting from improper maintenance, natural disasters, the unauthorized modification of a product and/or negligence; 3) theft or loss of a product.

What do you have to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at info@sparxelectronix.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Take pictures of any and all damage, and email those pictures to us at info@sparxelectronix.com 

Consumer Protection Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.
